I’m a learning and project designer with over a decade of experience, primarily in educational settings, working across schools, cultural institutions, NGOs, and the creative industries. With a background in Information Technology, visual and creative arts, and arts management, I design interdisciplinary programs that connect academic learning with real-world impact by leveraging students’ skillsets, interests, and goals as the starting point for meaningful engagement.
I’ve worked within American, British, and alternative curricula, building initiatives grounded in Project-Based Learning and design thinking. My focus is cohesion: aligning curriculum, assessment, creative practice, and institutional goals so learning feels intentional and connected rather than fragmented.
In a previous role as Head of the Art Department, I led curriculum development, faculty collaboration, and program planning across year levels, strengthening academic rigor while sustaining innovation. I also mentored students for exhibitions and competitions, guiding them to produce thoughtful, high-quality work beyond the classroom.
I manage projects end-to-end, from strategy and research to budgeting, coordination, implementation, and evaluation, across exhibitions, festivals, research initiatives, and cross-sector collaborations. I bring systems thinking, strong execution, and collaborative leadership. While exhibitions, productions, and showcases matter, I’m most interested in what makes them possible, the invisible systems, relationships, and structures that hold everything together, and the lasting impact they leave on learners and communities.
I’m looking to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and competent environment where we continuously learn from one another, grow together, and build work that is both meaningful and sustainable.
